small Group Bootcamps

They say ‘two’s company & three’s a crowd’, well we believe that ‘three’, could be the magic number. It’s always great to share experiences with your friends, and what better way to tackle the workload, than a small group bootcamp with your best-buddies?

As a team, you can do as little, or as much as you want to, and we will ensure that your time spent here with us will be tailored to your needs. From your training, to your food, we have got you covered.

You can expect at least three training sessions a day, including anything from mobility, HIIT, circuits, TRX and running as well as movement classes, Tai Chi, meditation and 3 organic healthy meals. You can explore the local countryside, the lakes and medieval villages. Jake's holistic approach to health & fitness will ensure you move, eat, sleep & relax. 07:00 - 07:30: Daily check-in
07:30 - 08:00: Clear your mind walk in the grounds
08:00 - 09:00: Breakfast
09:30 - 10:15: 3D movement workshop
11:00 - 11:30: HIIT class
11:45 - 12:15: Meditation
13:00 - 14:00: Lunch
14:00 - 16:00: Free time / or visit to local lake
16:00 - 17:00: Lake run / 5k run
17:00 - 17:45: Mini TRX circuit
19:00 - 20:00: Dinner
20:00 - 21:30: Free time (petanque, volleyball, chill time)
21:30 - 22:00: Star gazing/meditation/floor mobility
