2019 Bearfoot retreats
We’ve been busy planning and designing some really special retreats for you lovely lot in 2019 and we’re delighted to share them with you! We’re keeping them small and intimate, this means you’ll have more time with our trainers and facilitators and can get the most from your time with us. Spaces are limited to 8 people, so be sure to get in touch to secure your spot.
Every retreat we provide you with freshly cooked, whole foods that are mostly GF (gluten free), DF (dairy free), with no refined sugars, all sweeteners that we use come from natural sources. You can expect 3 main meals per day, fresh juices & smoothies, as well as tasty, healthier treats to snack on throughout the day. You certainly won’t go hungry. We recognise that not everyone can take a whole week away from work, family and friends, so we’re hosting two weekend retreats. Join us on a Thursday and leave feeling renewed and full of energy on Tuesday, after 4 full days of activity.
Spring into action retreat: May 23 - 28
Perfect timing to get ready for the summer and holiday season ahead. This weekend will be jam-packed with outdoor activities, enjoying the local lakes and being brave enough to take a dip in the refreshing waters. Each day will be slightly different, but here’s a little taster of what we’ll get up to. Prepare to be challenged, prepare to sweat and above all prepare to have a whole lot of fun.
A typical day on a Bearfoot weekend retreat:
07:00 - 08:00 - daily movement check in
08:00 - 08:30 - daily fitness challenge (expect this to be tough)
08:30 - 09:30 - breakfast
10:00 - 11:30 - 5k hike or run in nature
13:00 - 14:00 - lunch
15:00 - 17:00 - beach games at local lake, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming
18:00 - 18:30 - group HIIT / circuit training
19:30 - 21:00 - dinner (followed by something, sweet, tasty, nice & healthy-ish)
21:00 - 21:30 - grounded meditation

Heavenly Hygge retreat: November 7 - 11
The autumn colours totally blew us away this year and inspired us to host an autumn weekend retreat so we could share them with you. In our personal opinion this is the most beautiful time of the year, your visionary senses will be fulfilled to the max. Think crisp sunny days, stunning foliage, roaring open fires, candlelit yoga and snuggling in blankets. Of course there will be plenty of exercise as well and seasonal warming meals to keep your taste buds happy. Hygge’tastic!
Week retreats - in collaboration with Santé Yoga
june 28-july 5 and september 7-14
We’ve joined forces with Santé Yoga to bring you two incredibly exciting retreats. We’ll be taking you on an exhilarating journey through the chakras, like you’ve never experienced before. Each day will be guided by movement therapy, fitness challenges, yoga, sound, music, breath and meditation. Every guest will receive an amazing Ayurvedic massage and additional treatments will be available in The Healing Yurt, if you’d like them. We’ll be including some amazing workshops and even a mini marathon … imagine 8 straight hours of yoga, sound baths, chanting, fire ceremony, star gazing and meditation. Come with an open mind, an open heart and ready to be challenged!

06:00 - 06:45 - blessings of the energy centres meditation (for those that are really keen)
07:00 - 08:00 - morning yoga (style will vary depending on the chakra)
08:00 - 08:30 - power breath workshop
08:30 - 09:30 - breakfast
10:30 - 12:30 - forest / lake adventure
13:00: - 14:00 - lunch
15:00 - 15:45 - full body mobility
16:00 - 16:30 - workout of the day (fitness challenge)
17:00 - 18:00 - techno yoga flow (Jake is a former Ministry of Sound DJ)
19:30 - 20:30 - dinner Bearfoot Breaks style
20:30 - 21:30 - sound bath workshop

Bearfoot bootcamps - personalised training
Can’t make these dates, want something tailored to your exact needs? Don’t worry we also host our personalised Bearfoot Bootcamps throughout the year. These are your opportunity to spend 3 or 5 full days (or longer) working 1:1 (or 2:1) with Jake, our resident fitness guru and coach. All of the attention will be focused on you, your goals and your needs.
